RATES

• Children under 3 are free
• PETS NOT ALLOWED
• We are open all year.
• During periods including – New Year, July and August minimum stay: one week.
• Price includes water, electricity, heating, garbage, gas.
• The final cleaning is also included except for the kitchenette and the fridge which, at the check out, must be clean and tidy to avoid an extra payment for € 50.00.
• The supply of linens for the bedroom and the bathroom is optional. You can eventually ask for linens and rent them from us. A deposit of EUR 150.00 is kindly requested to cover any damages in the apartment or in the outside area during your holidays. We will give you this amount back, on check out day, if everything is in order! In case of damages you’ll be obliged to pay for loss caused.
• For the confirmation we ask you for a deposit of 50% for July, August and the periods including 31/12 or 1/1 ; 30% for the rest of the year.
• The tourist tax is € 0.50 per person / night, except for children under the age of 13 years.
• The rates of our farm will vary depending on the occupation of our structure. Contact us and we will surely find the most suitable price and accommodation for you!
